I have now put my 1995 vintage RT2 V in service on the 03 dodge 3500. I purchased a New RT3 subframe kit. Had the RT3 ears cut off the subframe. The the ear off my old F250 RT2 push beam cut off then welded on to the RT3 push beam. All the old wiring kit went in with one minor hitch that will be rectified shortly. Boss does not make an RT2 pushbeam for 2003 and newer Dodge trucks.

Youch! That sounds like an expensive way to do it. But if you were paying someone to do it for you, it may well be the quickest.
We are just finishing up making an RT2 mount for my '78 Chevy K30. Yes, they are available, but I couldn't justify the cost when I had a nearly new one off my friend's '98 Ram 3500 (used one season). We cut the ends off and rewelded the plates inboard to meet the GM's much narrower old style ladder frame. Physically, the mount itself was done yesterday, today we need to make the angle's that brace against the crossmember for support.
Total Cost:
Dodge pushbeam: Free
Torch Fuel: A few minutes worth...
Chop Saw: A few minutes worth and about 2" blade diameter...
Hydro: A few hours of grinding and welding...
Timeframe: About two afternoons...
I figured it was pretty cost effective! lol I hate buying new stuff and cutting it up right away too. Again, we do everything here ourselves so that is why we get away with a lot of what we do--I could never afford to pay someone to do it for me! Its good to have my old man retired these days... :grinz
I'd like to see a finished pic of your mount. If I remember, I'll snap a few of mine too.
