Site speed

This might be entirely on my end, but the site seems to be fairly slow in terms of page speed. Some pages open faster than others but some are really slow. Anyone else notice this?

I haven't had any problems with the speed of the pages loading.

I'm sure all the new users,and pictures keep the server pretty busy.It will probably be slow at times.I'm sure that will change.

Seems to be fine for me . I have a DSL line maybe that helps

For now, I need to leave it status quo... In a week or so, or by the end of the month I will be able to gauge usage here, and decide just how much to upgrade.

We are winging it right now, in a sense....

FWIW I am on dial up, and I get some pages that load like lightening, and sometimes various pages load slow.

I have a cable modem sitting here next to me that I need to hook up, but I have been too busy to install it........... go figure

Chuck- Once you get the cable hooked up, you won't ba able to go back to dial-up. As I look back, I can't figure out how I did without it!:burnout (that's how fast it is!)
