Even used bars seem expensive. Is there maybe a wrecker graveyard where they sell lightbars cheaper? I am not seeing much on ebay either. Or, am I way off and the prices I am seeing are normal?

What in particular are you looking for? I personally know of no "wrecker graveyards" myself. Light bars are expensive. If cost is an issue, consider a mini lightbar.

I am on a tight budget, so I was hoping to get the most bang for the buck. Guess I may have to bite the bullet on one and use up a Christmas present. :wink

There is no such thing as a cheap light bar.You may be able to find some on ebay but that is a hit or miss type thing .You can get a new one but have less equipment on it .Or you might find some at truck equipment type places some times they have used bars off trucks and ex police crusers. If you get it used you never know how long the power supplies will last or the lights them self just a gamble you will have to take. You can get some bars for under$1K with alot of stuff on they .

I've got a 52" Federal SteetHawk I'd let go pretty cheap. It has take downs, alleys, rear flashers and 4 rotators, plus a 100 watt PA speaker. It has fogged red main lenses, you'd need to replace these but otherwise in good condition. PM me if you're interested.

Pelican, not cheap enough, I'm sure.

Budget...pretty bad. I have a single rotator I can use. I was just hoping to find something older that might need alittle work.
