Hi all, I replaced my headlights with the Sylvania Silver Stars and they are starting to get to the point where I will need to buy new ones soon. I would like to know if anyone knows of headlights that wouldn't cost too much $$$ but are better than OEM's. The Silver Stars were great, but don't seem to be worth the money for their short lifespan. Any information would be great!!

A set of good Halogen HO (high output) or XV (extended vision) series will do the trick.I find them almost as bright as a set of Silver Stars.

The biggest thing you can do to improve light output is make sure you have full voltage at the headlamp.Using a relay to feed the lights will make a huge difference in output.

Thanks for the advice Wyldman! I've heard the Sylvania XtraVision's are good and have longer life, anyone have experience with these?
