I can't get any service from my western dealer here in licoln ne. He won't return calls ect.. I may want to get a blizzard. I have a friend in ohio that knows you. He said you are the best to get a plow from. I could stay at his place and come out with my truck to have you install one. I would be looking at an 810 I think. How reliable are they? There are no dealers within and hour or more from me. So if i broke down I would have to fix it. Are there any reliability issues with them? Can you take a 3 yo western mvp in on trade? Shoot me a price in a pm. I need to make some decisions soon. Thanks

Check out Jerre's site, top right hand corner of this page.
I have a somewhat local dealer here now as well, just not local enough and there service is 8 to 5 get on the waiting list. I am making the trip end of next month to purchase an Erie special from Jerre. Lookin forward to heading out there, get to hook up with Fred as well on the way out. Should be fun. :blizzard
If your serious you may still be able to get a deposit in for pre-season prices.

Funny thing is I have the same problem with the western dealer here......OOPs that me...Actually I became a western sub because I couldn't get service and parts so I hooked up to order direct.

As far as reliability....The dang things fall off the truck all the time ( when there done plowing). Spend most of there time down ( plowing snow) and are a pain to repair ( don't see them in the shop much except for end of season, pre season and cutting edges )

I can take the MVP in on trade so that's no problem. The Erie specials are listed at jerres.com and normal 810's are $5200 installed. Service help is a phone call away if you have to do something. The reason I don't sell cash and carry is that when I do the install and you call I know how the truck was wired and mounted. I know how the plow was built and that it was tested before going on the truck. This makes it easier for both of us.

Hopefully this helps, Jerre

Sorry I havent responded. I have been busy. snowwarrior75 (dave) was real impressed with your shop. He and I are firends and he said I should have you put a blizzard on my truck. I will take your number with me tomorrow and try to give ya a call. If i dont get a hold of you tomorrow I will sometime next week. BTW How long will it take for you to take off the old plow and install the new one? I didnt want a cash and carry deal anyway. I was hoping you could show me what I need to know about servicing it while I was there.

If you have an incling of mechanical knowhow, you can do just about any repair on the plow. Might need a little guidance as to diagnose a problem, but that's what phones are for............

Sorry to hear about you and Dave. LOL That gas pump jockey puts more miles on than most road hammers. He's a great guy now if we could get that meyers to fall off the truck he'll be alot happier Got to do what the boss says though.

I can get you off with the old and on with the new the same day. As far as training / maintenance that's no problem. I go over that with most people here when they pick up there plow's. If you don't get me at the shop it's forwarded to the cell for the weekend. Jerre

The application of the proper amount of plasma cutting can make that Meyers fall off pretty fast.......
