Don't know which forum to put this question... so mod's feel free to move if needed.

I'm looking for a tarp for my salt bin. The bin outside dimmension measures 22' wide by about 26' long. It's made of 2' x 3' concrete block. I'm not ready to build a roof on it yet or cover it with the Clear Span type structures just yet.

I just need a tarp that is approx 24' to 26' wide and no more than 30' long. On Nothern's site I'm finding 20x30 and 30x50. I have a 20x30 now so it won't cover from block to block, leaving the salt exposed on the sides of the bin.

Any ideas of other companies that might have what I'm looking for?

The lumber warehouses have big selections of tarps, but you may have to compromise on size. They should have one oversize from what you need, you'll have to do with the bit of overlap you'll end up with.

That site that I posted the link to has a 24' by 30' tarp for $72.00

The company that I work for deals in tarps. I will pass these along at my cost, if you are interested. Just happy to help out.

I can get you a 30x40 with UV protection for about $50. This is a heavy duty tarp, not the cheap blue ones. We have lots of other sizes available. I would be glad to pass along all the specs if you would like to compare.

Are going to tent this so that water runs off? If so, you will need to add a little material.

Just noticed that I can also get 25x33 for about $35, if that helps.

Also, you can always cut down a bigger tarp and add snap grommets where needed.
