Stock steel wheels on HD (the ugly gray wheels)

I will be putting on the ugly stock gray wheels on the HD for winter and had a question. Will the 285's fit the steel wheels 16x7 and will there be any tire rub lock to lock? I have a 3" bodylift.

The 285's will fit on a 7" rim,but they will bulge the sidewalls a bit.Gives you better rim bead protection,but you could wear the centre of the tire out a little quicker.They shouldn't rub with the 3" lift.

If your going to put the steel rims on,why not go with a dedicated snow tire,like the cooper discoverer M&S.There is no comparison to an all-season,and they are pretty cheap too.
