Chuck,
I wish i had that last year when i had guys out doing the sidewalks at the condo's.Then i could of used it to educate some people.:)
They didn't care if it was cold as heck out and the wind was blowing 20mph they bitched and complained that they had to have the walkways done.
I pulled my guys on more then one occasion so that they could get in out of the weather.

I myself don't need to have my guys ending up with frostbite etc..
