Yes drum brakes on front. Uses some real wide shoes.

Just did a front brake job on one today, the wheel cylinders have the adjusters on them, are these self adjusting?

I set them so the drum could still turn but not freely, then bled the cylinders.

OH it has duel wheel cylinders per each axel.

Npr's run drum fronts and no there not a self adjusting style brake on front so setting them up with slight drag is fine. Just make sure drums are true so there isnt a issue with uneven wear or pulsation.
