Are you looking for any work in Philadelphia?
Not really, I'm out between Norristown and Pottstown. My biggest drive is to a Church I do. Its 8.4 miles from my driveway.
But for $155/hr (garage to garage) I could travel a bit. :burnout
For $155.00 Per Hour, I'll send my trucks to you and not be bothered with the paperwork, phone calls and bidding.:D
If your using a V-Plow and not getting at least $125 to $150 per hour, your doing something wrong. Especially down in the City! You could make a bundle down there just plowing Streets' unplowed streets!
I think your numbers are a little off, but if that's what you're making may the good lord continue to shine upon you and yours.
You have to take into consideration the efficiency and ability for the V's to MOVE and Stack snow better than ANY straight blade.
What area do you service, and what type of plowing are you doing?
You must be a big operation...8-10 trucks, right?
We service roughly 70 commerical locations all in the City of Philadelphia and have between 11 and 17 trucks on the street, (once I get the other four plows up and running). We own four of the trucks the rest are subs. The last storm we used 10 trucks and lost two.

Hey Ken I hope your not waiting for u.s municipal? Because I was waiting for a fisher v and first it was " I have everything" then it was " I have everything but the frame mounts" then it was "I have a shipment in yesterday, but it has to be gone through" Then it was "I have a nother shipment comming in on DEC 1", About a month later and the first snow on the way,I called E.M Kutz in Reading, and they had everything and I went and picked it up. :burnout
