still needs a couple more coats. Ill probably wait a week and lightly sand the heavy rubber spots. That should smooth it out enough to sticker it.

Any ideas on what kind of decals for it? regular meyers or something flashy---""BLIZZARD""LOL

While you are at it, why not paint the pump?

You could also paint your phone number onto the moldboard and follow with several coats of clear.

I'd do that over a decal.

the pump was just painted when it was rebuit. But the angle cylinders will definately get done. I was going to get some conveyer belt for the top and put my # on that. The plows steel by the way. thanks for the input

-Nice job

-we did the same thing to a fisher this fall. Trying to get the all the trucks to have white plows so they all match.

-Don't waste your time with the Blizzard stickers, they won't stay on long enough if you plow alot of snow.

If you want the decals to stick, the paint surface has to be very flat, and smooth. This is hard to achieve on an older plow without tons of good prep\paint work.If the metal is rough,or there is any orange peel, forget about the decals,or any vinyl staying in place.

If your moldboard is pretty rough, then consider painting the Meyer lettering on.You can grab an image off the web, print it out,and cut it out for a template for spraying.Tape it on the plow, and mask it off, then just spray it on in the color you wish to use.It will last much longer.
