e-60 will not raise/angle

I have an e-60 for a diamond plow it works fine but then sometimes it will not raise or angle .after a min it will start to work again .Any ideas what it could be? maybe the switch?

Check that all of the wires are connected well, and not caked with ice, snow etc. Happened to me a few times today also, finally got tired of it & got my lazy tired butt out of the truck & snugged up the wires. I usually seal up those connections with electrical tape so they can't get iced up or knocked loose during the battle with Mother Nature. Last minute pump change so I didn't seal them up this time as it was already snowing.
