I think there is an aftermarket kit availiable to correct either way, back or front. My F350 sits high in the rear. It seems to make the F350 look a lot bigger than the F250, yet the only real differance is payload capacity.

The issue is with the rear leveling blocks. You probably have the 2" units, 4" blocks are available from ford( they are stock on the F 350 Pick ups) and will bolt ight in and level the truck. My friiend Ray installed 4" rear blocks on his F 250 after the X springs were installed. Truck sits nice and level now.

Funny you should bring this up. Our new 550 seems to sit about level as well. Maybe it's just me, but I thought trucks that are supposed to be able to carry a lot of weight usually sit a little higher in the back? A friend has the same concern on his 450 as well. Maybe the springs are just really stiff and don't settle at all. Not!
I'm sure it's not another thing that Ford screwed up on. lol

with the snow plow prep package you get the 6000lbs springs in the front. makes the front sit higher. with the f-350 you get 900lbs more payload, different springs along with helper springs...makes it sit about 2 1/2" higher. my f-250 sits just the same way high in front. when i raise my 810 it sits level. put any weight in back and looks like it's going up hill. i am having a leaf added for more payload cap. and 2 1/2-3" of additional hieght.
