95 250 clutch is really bouncy???

when your lettin out the clutch its really herky jerky. 1st high especially after shes pretty warmed up. Shes got 222,000 on her and takes about a clucth a year with all the snow up here in Summit County. What the heck is goin on ?? I figured you guys might have a idea. Thanks, Brian.

Is the truck a PowerStroke? If so there were a lot of problems with the original flywheels that would cause your symptoms. The aftermarket came out with a different version that holds up better.
