Wide wheels (steel) for '92 3/4 ton 4x4 Cummins?

I'm looking at a neighbors '92 Cummins. It has narrow 16"(?)steel whls. Did Dodge make wide (8-9") steel wheels? Or do I have to have my old GM rallye wheels adapted. The hubs look bigger on the Dodge. :confused:

The 2000-2002 3/4 ton wheels are 16x8, bolt pattern is the same, there may be other issues with fitting them though I don't know.
