John change the fluid and clean the filters. Should do the trick.

John, if it has been sitting long, you might want to pull the motor and check the bronze bushing on the motor shaft. I had one sieze up on me. The steel motor shaft rusted. I was able to get the bushing off, and clean off the rust. I soaked the bronze bushing in oil over night. All was well for 3 years after that.
