Good luck guys, I hope you get snow! We may be getting 2 inches here, just enough to do most of our contracts:canada

we all know just how accurate these weather guessers are.

I wouldn't put too much stock in 8-14... but it is always better to prepare for the worst and get the least. Its much more preferable than the reverse.

My local guy Cablevision News 12 isnt predicing any snow totals yet, and Channel 7 out of NYC is calling for possible 3-6 in my area and parts of CT ( lesser amounts along the cost because of change over to sleet and rain)

We will see what happens... Remember, on Sunday they were predicting sunny days every day this week.

Who cares if you don't get a big storm long as you got 2-3" you still have to push and sand .Better to have alot of little ones than one big one in my opinion.Less of a killing on the equipment .

I'm with you Cat, I like when we get those 2" snows for two or three days in a row. The store that I do is open 6:00a.m. to 10:00p.m. There is no trigger or anything like that they just want it clean.

I was hoping for just a 3-6 inch storm but ill take whatever. it couldnt come at a better time.Right now nbc 30 news is showing 6-12 inches for most of ct and he said the latest computer models hint that the storm mall stall and last all the way to sunday

Looks like this one may be a Major Major. If it does stall we could be talking Snow up the wazoo.

While out before driving around, I heard 8-14" also for my area. Now Im home and I put on channel 2 news and they said TOTAL accumalation for both days will be 5-10 inches. Thats fine with me. Good sized storm. Anyway, the plow is on, truck is full of gas, all fluids are full, washer fluid is full to the top, and tire pressures are exactly 40psi according to my digital air pressure gauge. :D Bring it on! Mike :) :)
