Its only the second week of november, and already they are playing the holiday commercials and ads, and putting up displays. i swear it starts earlier and earlier every year. we went to do a leaf cleanup the day after halloween, and the neighbor of this house took down his halloween blow up dolls in the front yard, and replaced them with a big snowman and santa. that is just obsurd. i dont hate the holidays by anymeans, but i swear they start earlier every year.:rolleyes:

The local Wally World started their Christmas display BEFORE Halloween- almost a full 3 weeks before!!!! I know I am anxious for snow, but that's a little ridiculous if you ask me!!

I have not even given a thought to Christmas until yesterday when my kids surprised me with there Christmas list for Santa.

It's almost like the weather go from summer to winter lol
I would like to enjoy holloween,thanksgiving It seams every year they start earlier and earlier.

Lately around here ive seen people who turn them on all year round. I feel like its FESTIVUS all year round :D

bah humbug. only good thing about christmas is the food and the snow. i hate all the busy stores. it drives me crazy. i want to stop grocery shopping every december because i get tired of running over little kids and old people.

OK I am sure you haveall heard of that Charitable Organization called Christmas in April.

I think the retailers are trying to emulate that Idea. They start selling Christmas stuff earlier and earlier...

Why wait until the last minute, start shopping at all the other Holiday sales throughout the year...

I mean aren't we guilty of the same thing... when do we start sending out our snow removal contracts

Cant blame the retailers from trying to take advantage of these little blips of economic upturn, the rest of the year has been terrible.
