I'm gonna make a suggestion. Why don't we just not discuss that place at all---------let the past fade ever so quickly from memory. And lets make positive posts here. If someone is really lost or confused about what's happened----take it to email or chat.

OK Guys, I am Not a Moderator, but at Chuck's request I will as all of you to refrain from getting out of hand when mentioning that other site.
I have promised him that I would refrain from speaking in any harassing manner about that other site. I would ask that you join me in this self imposed moratorium on speaking about that other site!

Thanks rob,
No sense in picking at a scab. we gotta let it heal.
We have a new home, the rest of those good people over at the other site will find their way over here soon enough. Lets show them that this is indeed the premier snowplowing site and the place to be.
We all did it once, it will be easier this time around.

OK just got a PM from the owner of the other site, would like to talk to me, so should I give my number? I don't know anything about him, is he young as I suppose (I told him his actions made him appear to be)?
I suggested he was like a king in the Bible who listed to his youthful councilors, and then suggested he read it to find out what happened to the country.
I am curious that he would want to talk to me and would even be willing to spend the dime for the call (I told him Wouldn't (I'm dutch)).:)
I hope you don't mind my asking the question but if it's off limits I will drop it.

He is 30 and likes to blow smoke up rear ends.
Let him call you but dont feed into his antics.
He seems to try and not answer the question but beat around it so i recomend playing his game and doing the same in return.

I wouldn't, but that's just me. Based on his actions, and conduct in the chat rooms, I think I could lead a totally fulfilled life witout ever having to meet him. Like I said, that is just my opinion, based soley on his reactions and responses to questions and steatements made recently. For all I know, he could actually be a nice guy.

I think you were one of the ones who made some very good posts asking questions regarding the situation.Very level headed ones.I guessed he figured you would stick around over there. Now he's probably wondering what's going on.
I'd talk to him,and see whats up,and what he has to say.

Thanks gentlemen, I kind of had his age pegged I guess but not quite at 30. He won't get much out of me, at least not unless he makes the request in writing. I think that is ultimately what he is afraid of. I mailed numerous PM's to him without a response then went public with that info and now he wants to "talk", again nothing written, I'm wary when it's not on paper. . . . Not where, but from whom did I learn that? You guys :D and your "Make sure you have a contract."
Thanks,
Henry
I agree with you Snowie Bowtie but I try to hear everyone out as best I can. Truth is like fresh air, we all need it and relish it, gives us life. A lie is like a dangling rope with a noose at the end, twists and turns when slack, broken neck when taught.

Jay, all the better that it's his dime.
I thought I did Chris I'll have to look it up on my phone bill. I should ask if he would like to make it a conference call.

Sure, teleconference would be fine.I have the stuff in the office,so i could host it here.

I think it's best that we all just put this behind us, I have. Those who are considering contact will undoubtedly get a sugar coated version of the facts, and will most likely see their words twisted to another's benefit as a result of their conversation.
I would like to state that I'm absolutely stunned at the number and pace at which members are arriving here. It warms my heart to see that so many saw through to the truth and have chosen to join us. You can't know the emotions of joy welling up inside.Thank you all!!!

Yes I agree. I was upset to see that this discussion was brought up because I mean, it is time to move on. Forgot the old stuff. This is beating a dead horse. Let be over with this at once.
I also am astroished with the numbers of members signing up on this site at such rapid pace. It will be great! :D

Pelican,
I hope you truly understand the reason why people are flying over here. All the moderators of this forum have spent years helping anyone who had a question. You and your fellow moderators have a wealth of knowledge that you have shared with hundreds of people. It a great testament to the kind of people you are, that so many people are following you.
You guys are the best.....so deal with it ;)

Just spoke with Jerre Heyer on the phone and he's a bit busy but, hopefully he should be along shortly. As far as chatting with "someone" from the "other" site on a phone, where is it going to really get you? Other than what Pelican said and likely to be correct about, let's focus on the here & now and the future. Afterall, we joined this site to begin anew so why drag in old baggage?

I didn't mean to upset anyone by posting the original thread. I posted it as a statement of independence and defiance.
We don't need need to discuss that other site anymore , it is history as far as I am concerned. I haven't been back nor will I go back.
I will never again mention this post or disccus that site. Lets drop it all once and for all.
Henry, Pelican is right, I wouldn't even bother talking to this guy.
Its not worth the aggravation, but thats just my opinion.

TO THE MODERATORS : As the originator of this Thread I would ask the moderators to please lock it once and for all.
