Anyone know where to how to have your own made? Is it even feasable to have flaps made with ones own logo?
Of course it can be done, because you see truck upfitters hanging them all the time. I got a friend who need 10 or more sets done in his logo.

Any barber can cut a mudflap, right? I know mine can. Also referred to as a Kentucky Waterfall.

They are up the road from me in CT but they do not print or mold logos
They used to print phone #'s on the flaps, I guess they quit doing it...Rob

Most of them are ether molded or silk screened to get molded I would think you would need a high volume order to pay for making a mold. So I would go with a single color silk screen. White on black most likely if you do find someone to make them in a small quantity you will still need to have some art work done. If it was me I would go to any local tee shirt silk screen shop and ask them if they could make me a screen for a single color job they charge like 30 bucks for one if you bring the art work with you. Then all you need is some paint and thinner for clean up.
How well will the paint stick to the rubber is any ones guess. I know shirts get a lot of abuse and washing and it hangs on well. Blank flaps are easy to come by all the semi supply places around here have stacks of blank black flaps at about 5 bucks a flap. I buy them all the time and cut them down for projects

Correction, I called AW and they still do it, just did not advertise it in their latest catalog.
It is actually pretty reasonable. Around $50 a set including the flaps.
