your thoughts on a used code3mx7000

Hi,

Looking to buy my first light system. I wanted to know if US$350 is a good price for a used code 3 mx7000 light bar that's "loaded". The thing is its an all clear model. Its got the full length of original wiring, brackets and the guy said something about clamp on gutter brackets (??). Its got 4 - top rotators, 1 - top "Smart " rotator, 2 - front intersection lights on the outside front, 2 - front take-down lights, 4 - front flashers, 4- rear flashers, 1 alley light on each end.

I wanted to mount it to a Dodge 1500 4x4.

Any thoughts comments? I don't know much about lighting...ok...I don't know jack squat. I usually have garage gurus do the work :rolleyes: Thanks.

I bought a Federal Signal Vista off ebay and it works flawlessly and got it and shipped for $215. I think I prolly got lucky. It ahs clear domes with alleys, sweepers, 3 fast rotors, 2 slower,and flashers in the back. I think it is great had it tested and everything works excelent now Im waiting for the mounts to come.

I got a brand new vista bar off ebay for 400.00 only! Bar from factory is well over a grand. Mine has 5 rotators, 4 takedowns, 2 front flashers, 2 sweep lights, 2 alley lights, and an 8 lamp arrow stick. His name is nate and company name is GTS. I think he still has a bunch of brand new bars for really cheap.

The MX7000 is a good light. That doesn't seem lika a bad price to me.
