stobe light question

I have a brand new in the box target tech 24 volt strobe the model number is 901, but the problem is i dont have anything that is 24 volt I was wondering if you guys new of a way to convert it to 12 volt or of a place were they might take it as a trade for a 12 volt. Thanks

How much would you want for it?

But in all honesty, the 901 should be a multi-voltage unit, it should be able to operate on anything between 12-48 volts DC.
