ultra mount

I purchase a western ultra mount plow for my truck. Had trouble in hooking it up got it on. Today I took it off and it seems to be to high. When I step on the stand pedal it doesn't touch the grond had to put a 4x4 under it. Where do I make my adjustment at. How do I determined how to get the right height.

IT looks like the pivot plate is flat side up I guess that it means I'm in positon 3 or 4 I mesure my truck from the ground to the top edge of the reciever looks like about 18"

Sounds like the pivot plates are correct. Check the stand setting, at 18" your at a #4 setting, your stand should be set at the 7th hole from the bottom of the stand.

So the stand shoe should be in the seventh hole right now its in the third from the bottom and the pivot plate looks to be in the # 4 configuration with flat side up
