Looking for some help on this puzzling little problem on my new 7.5 Standard Duty straight plow. I have used it for about 3 weeks now and at times, when I move the mounted joystick ( not the hand-held one) to raise or lower the blade, sometimes the plow will angle right or left all by itself!!!!!!! I was back to the dealer and asked him about it and he said I was the 2nd customer to have this happen to them. He is going to contact the factory later in the week but just wanted to know if anyone else has had this strange thing happen to them? Not the thing I need when pushing snow between 2 LEXUS!!!! and having the balde angle on its own!! Thanks.

Pete,

Same problem with Blizzards running the same control box except usually does it to the left or right when dropping. Same MFG for the controlers HAPP corp.

I've pulled a few down and found out the problem is the limit switches are triggering in both directions. HAPP has been alerted to the problem by BLIZZARD but don't know if BOSS has contacted them yet.

Just an update on my joystick problem of angling unwanted.I called the Boss Factory and talked to a service rep, I think his name was Andy.I explained the problem and he told me that its happened before and YES the problem is in the joysticks micro-switches.He asked me whom my dealer was and siad to tell them I had talked to him and the joystick box would be covered under the warranty. Thanks again to all.Hopefully the Winter is done!!!!!!!
