If the rotors are OK,you can leave them. They aren't too hard to get off, just have to get the hubs out,and you need a special tool for the wheel bearing nuts.Shouldn't take more than an hour to pull them off.

Yeah the fronts arent to bad but the back you have to take the axles out, oh what fun that will be. The truck is coming along nicely. I will post pictures when Im done.

The rears are a breeze to pull apart. You don't need to open the diff at all.Just pull the axle, and then undo the large hub nut.5 mins and it's off.The axle to hub gasket is reuseable.

I don't know man. I made that mistake about a week ago and just slapped pads in without cutting the rotors. Man did she shake and rattle when I was stopping. Buddy told me that even though they look alright, they tend to warp from the heat caused by braking. Guess you'll just have to see and find out.
Their not as hard as you think to get off. Even if you don't have the tool, they come off pretty easy with a screwdriver. :)

Turn em, the stopping power and life span of the new pads and shoes last much longer.

Jason, how did it drive before? could you feel the pedeal pulsating? If so then cut em' if not its beater to leave the extra meet on them for heat disapation.

NAPA only charges me 12$ per rotor to turn.

No there was no vibration at all before so I think they will be okay!
