After having plowed twice for several hours I have started looking close at the 810's to see it anything is/has gone wrong. I found a few things that need to be tightened but that is about it.
However, the hoses look to be routed strange. I took a few pics and would like to show them and see if they are corect. I would think they go over the A frame to the torque box not under.
Take a look.
Thanks

Just went out and looked at mine. They are the same way, hanging down, though yours look lower than mine.

the pics are with the blade hard left which push the left side hoses down and same on the right went to the right.
Thanks for taking the time to look.

Mike,
Are they going from the pump over the A frame than to the box? Mine run under the A frame.

Routing is correct on the hoses. Remember as you angle they have to move a little and will hang lower on the side the blade is angled to.

Tell you what, you would see JD in a duramax before and PS. He is the main reason I bought the 810.

My hoses are over the angle cyl, and then through a hole in the front quadrant beam to the wing cyl.

Dino, that would be quite a stretch to take them over the angle cyl but I'll believe you. Over the angle iron piece I could see easily but we had problems with running them that way. Extreme angle and tripped on the blade caused them to wear on the angle and the quadrant holes.
May the Get Wide be with you.......

You are welcome. I am glad I finally figured out this pic posting thing. You know what I got the blizzard and then figured out the posting deal, see blizzards do get you smart.
