Dropspeed Adjustment

I did a search and didn't really find what I needed...also looked on the Boss website and didn't find it either.
How do you increase the speed of a Boss straight blade (rt-3 if it matters) The drop speed on the one I am using is real slow.

Its on the outside top right side behind the headgear (between the truck and the headgear) on the pump houseing its the allen head screw.
