I got an 8'2" V last year, but didn't get the lockout cylinders. I didn't realize it was an option, but now I'm thinking of swapping out the standard ones, for lockout ones.
who has the lockouts and tell me if you think they are worth it.
i like the idea of being able to keep the blade exactly straight.

on another note, don't you wish Boss put a button on the controller to make the blade straight all in one motion?

also. most of you probably know this, but a friend of mine who bought a V after me, didn't realize that if you push the two right buttons. or two left bottons, it angles the plow that way. instead of pushing one wing up, and one wing back to get your desired direction of angle.

Thanks Guys
Dan

Smart lock cylinders are nice. Depending how much you have to pay to upgrade them, whether it is worth it or not. I order them on all my plows, but I did not upgrade any of our old ones. Hope this helps.
