View Full Version : Snoway headlights Suck!!
Have you guys changed out your stock snoway headlights to anything brighter?? I have a 29 series and they need to be brighter as you can't see a d@m thing.
That seems kinda odd, they use the same bulbs in about all of them regardless of brand. Are you sure they are aimed somewhere near where they should be?

A lot of plowlights I notice I aimed to high, pointing up at the trees or almost straight down in front of the truck.
Also you could have a bad connections somewhere causing the lights not to get full power. Check your grounds and light harness plugs.

They are standard 4656 sealed beams, You can swap them out for Sylvania Silverstars or even for High Intensity Discharge. All must be aimed. Fancy lights have fancy price tags.
It is also a good idea to check the connections and the voltages. There is a thread on headlight voltage somewhere around.

lol mine are aimed until I hit the first pile :D
I will say the light could be aimed a bit better. But they still suck compared to the stock ones GM puts on the truck which are about as bright as any headlights I have had on a vehicle.
