I'm looking to repair several work/safety lights and need to purchase the magnets like are on the bottom of the rotating blue and yellow snow plow roof lights.

Tried Northern Tool and Harbour Freight without any luck, any suggestions?

TIA

Might try a radio supply store, ie radio shack or something similier, I found the bases for magnetic antennas which where already flat, and magnet base included with the hole in the middle.

Was a local radio repair place, not a national chain, but you might try it??

Check with a sign company that makes magnetic signs. They will sell you their base material and all you have to do is use an exterior grade contact cement to attach to what ever you have have. That's what I did to the bottom of a becaon and it works like $1 million.

I have got magnets from Home Depot before. They were not big but if you put a few on they should hold a light.
