Boss?

Ok im a newbie here and I am looking to get into the snow plowing business. I was a truck driver and a fireman but I broke my back and need to have surgery and can not return to my jobs. I have a 2004 Chevy 2500HD CC w/DA. I was looking at all the different plows out there and it looks like the 8' Polly strait blade Boss is one of the leading plows of choice that I might be getting.

Is there any thing I should worry about with this brand and will My truck handle this size plow?

Any Idea what I could do to start generating some business after I get my plow? Should I try doing alot of driveways? small parking lots? Contract myslelf services out?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Scott I wouldn't think twice about having the Boss 8' blade installed.
An excellent choice.
I think you will be very pleased as are the many other Boss owners.

Sorry to hear about your misfortunes...thats completely terrible news. If you search around here you will find all the pros and cons of different brands of plows. Boss makes a very reliable unit. I wouldn't hesitate to get one.

I run the 8' steel blade im sure the 8' poly will do good for you the boss blades are very relliable.
