Does the 810 have enough adjustment in the mounts to accommodate an aftermarket bumper on an '03 F350SD?

The bumper protrudes 9" from the face of the chrome grill trim and does not hang below the impact bar mounting plates attached to the frame rails.

The mount should be OK under the bumper.I wouldn't use the light tower, just add two tabs to the top of bumper tubes and mount the Blizzard lights there.

I don't think the tabs that stick out from the front will clear with that bumper.

You might have to trim a little to make it fit.

The light tower might clear the front.

Now the flip side, trim the light tower tabs off the hitch it will clear the bumper and mount the light on like Chris said.

The factory lower valance has to be removed to fit the framework to the truck. If the aftermarket bumper is lower than the stock, the framework won't fit without modifications. I'd also be concerned about contact with the plow at full lift as the bumper extends further forward than stock. You might have to weld stops to prevent damaging contact.

Clarifying photo

Valence goes away with this bumper (which you absolutely will never be able to hurt.)

Truck has the SnoWay 32 series mount on it, so the plows/undercarraiges are more or less comparable in length (though not in weight)

Issues are 1) whether 810 fits 2) whether it is worth the incremental investment and hassle to switch.

Anything can be made to work, but only you cant decide of it wil pay off.If you do commerical work, and value your time,id do whatever you had to, to get an 810 on that truck.

I installed the bumper after an unfortunate physics experiment that hurt the OEM bumper.

The intrepid Mr. Heyer performed some minor plasma surgery in November in conjuntion with the installation of Erie Special #12. This surgery allowed the plow to raise higher.
