I sent out an email to Wyldman a few days ago, but it looks like you did not get it. I am still learning how to navigate this site so bear with ne guys.

As you guys know, I am based out of Mississauga Ontario (I think Wylman is just north of us inBramton). We I was wondering if any of you locals know of any good places to buy bulk salt for the spreader. Being new to this, I am still gathering up new suppliers numbers.

Alos, Hey Wyldman you mentioned about us norhtern guys getting together some time. Hey I'm game. Let me know when would be good for you, and let's do a 'Timmys' (only us Canucks will know what that means).

I got your email last night,and left my laptop at home today.

I don't get much salt in Missisauga anymore,we have narrowed our routes down to Brampton only.

Franceschini Bros at 2531 Cawthra is your best bet.$79 a ton loaded last I heard,and open 24/7 during storms.If you want to pick up more,or have a load delivered,you may be able to negotiate a better deal.

We should plan a get together soon,before we get real busy with snow.I will post something soon,and we can start planning.Last few years we did Hooters (no one complained ;)).

Windsor Salt has a location on Royal Windsor just east of Ford Drive. Alternatively, Ontario Salt is where I get my skids delivered from, and they'll deliver to Mississauga.

Look for Pure Gold on the South side and you know your headed in the right direction.

Dont bother with Sifto salt unless you have lots of $$$$ or need a huge amount, or already have an account they wont give you squat.
