Got Snow

Very nice job.

Looks like 24 X 32 10 foot ceiling downstairs and a 12-12 pitch how did I do?
Very nice and that deck looks great.
Gets some inside pictures also if you can.
What are your plans for it?

Hey now that is a nice residental garage but the only thing I would of done different is put wider doors .9' is just not wide enough in my opinion but 9' high is great.

I would love to have a garage like that my 22 x42 is to small and I wish I had the head room for a lift . I only have 9 ft ceilings

I know the reason I said it is because our doors are 9 wide and I tried to bring my new 350 in and it was tight should be an easy remodel if your header runs all along the from one side to the other you could get 2 - 12' in there. As far as heat we have a hot air furnace by oil in another room out in the back of the garage not to take up any room inside. Gonna have to come out some day and check it out .

initally i will be using a donated wood stove for heat. Works out good because i get free "fuel" as a by product on some jobs. As things progress i'll be installing a waste oil burner for heat. Either water or air not sure. More free fuel as a by product.

i'd be honored to have the local LTS gang over for a christening. Electricity and heat first. I'll keep ya posted.

If you have Nstar you might be able to get free lights for it .They will give all commercial places free lights you have to pay for install. If you work out of your house then part of that would be considered your business .
