I think you just jinxed yourself by mounting the sander. :D
We had some sleet mixing with rain, with very few scattered snowflakes around noon today. There was very little accumulation in some spots on ground from sleet while I was doing leaves cleanup. It sure got me thinking about the spreader that I still have not decided to get.

They are calling for 1 inch tonight, with 2-3 for tomorrow night. Weather has changed alot in the last couple of hours, went from 55 with no wind to mid 30's with 30-40 mph winds. My plow is ready, and the company that does salting for me just mounted their salter this evening. I don't trust our weather forecasters around here, they were right about 15% of the time last year.

Another week of leaves and then i will probably get the sander on and make sure everything is working ok.Saw a few town trucks with them on today but they always have a couple ready to go.The state dot hooks up the plows every friday afternoon if its gonna snow or not.
