While it would be great for both of you guys to learn to spell, or even for us to get spell check here on the site, your message was loud and clear, and I woleheartedly agree with you.
I also went the route of working for myself this year, and I too have been busy beyond belief. I also am thankful that my 5 year old son made it through his surgery with no major problems, and that he got over his bout of pnuemonia that he came down with the week after he got out of the hospital. This year showed me just how many friends I truly do have, and that all of the years I put in doing community service for the local ambulance corps and fire department was well spent. I am proud to say that I am part of the worlds biggest family- I had offers to help from as far as NYC when my friends put together a benefit for our family. To this day when I remember it, I am still overwhelmed and it brings tears to my eyes.
I am thankful that my wife has stood by my side for ten years and supports me in my business endeavors, as well as in the fire department- just ask anyone who is a member of a volunteer or paid department, their wives will all agree, as do we, that being a firefighter/EMT is hard, but being a firefighters wife is harder. We have our demons that we struggle with to not bring home, but our wives see them and what they do to us, and if it were not for them we all would be burned out by now. They even help to support our single friends who fight right along side us.
I am also thankful to have found this site, for my business has been able to grow safely through the knowledge I have gained by becoming part of this family(yes, you guys are all definitely family). I am proud to be a member of such a group of people- the camraderie here is very similar to what you can find around the firehouse. It feels good to come home and seemy family, and then when I sit down in front of my computer and see my other family, where people ask how your kids and wife are, even though they have never met you, and members who are local to you make time to meet you and become friends. I feel that I am one of the wealthiest men in America right now just because of all of the friends I can say that I have.
One last final thought- I would like to extend a hearfelt thanks and also send my prayers out to those men and women who are serving over seas to protect our rights and freedoms. I would also like to extend my prayers to their families who are home, and will not see them this holiday season. I would also like to give one more Thank You- to those on this site, and any of their friends who are veterans. If it were not for you guys and gals, we would not have the opportunity to express our thanks in such a public display.
Thank you also for reading my post- I apologize for the length, and I will get down off my soapbox now.

Lola- Thank you, you at least nkow some of the headaches we deal with, and if more people knew, our jobs would be easier. Thank you for caring though, nowadays people in this world tend to care more about themselves than anythign else. This site and the people involved are definitely an exception to the norm. Thank God for that!
Bill
Thank you for caring though
Your welcome;)
