I went to change my fluid in my 7.5 uni-mount that I bought new at the end of last season. The dealer put a blue fluid in it, I assume it is Westerns own fluid. I want to use synthetic ATF. Do I have to drain the entire hydraulic system or just keep changing the pump fluid only. It says in the manual not to mix fluids.

Since it's pretty easy to flush,I'd just do it.It can't hurt anything, and helps get any debris out of the system.

Chris
When you say flush, do you mean to take the hoses off and move the plow back and forth to get most of the fluid out of the angle cylinders also? Or should I just keep draining the pump itself?

Take off the lines and flush it all out.Run the pump and pump out the old fluid. This will flush everything out.
Do a search,I've posted before on how to flush the entire system.
