Try www.westernplows.com for all the diagrams and info you need.

The filter is pretty easy, just remove the motor, and the screen is inside the reservoir attached to the pump.Familiarize yourself with it by reading over the info on the Western website.

Which o-ring do you want to change ?

The screen really never needs to be changed unless its damaged or extremely loose on the pump inlet port, a good cleaning is all you need to do.
Remove the drain plug on the bottom of the pump housing, then remove the motor.
You can service it in a few ways, one clean the complete inside of the housing with brake clean and spray the filter screen clean.
Or you can remove the pump from inside and clean the screen and pump assembly, there is an o'ring on the bottom that normally doesn't need to be replaced but is available at your Western dealer or anyone who has a good size o'ring assortment.
Be sure you retorque the pump mounting bolts to 175 to 185 inch pounds or you could warp the housing.
Replace the motor gasket and refill with a quality low temp hydraulic fluid, an one that meets a mil. spec of 5606 is fine.
Thats it.
Don't forget to drain the cylinders, and there is one on the base of the lift cylinder above the valve body too.
There is another o'ring located where the base lug mounts to the housing not a high failure item unless the two bolts loosen up.
