What Happened to America where you are innocent until proven guilty??? (I think like you do, but I think 90plow has a point too). You've also go to figure that it is very easy to accuse someone (especially a cleb) for attention, money or ????
I think of the first time it happened and the parents walked with a few million, what kind of parent would do that to their children??? Did it happen? Was it true? Do they think that the money will buy the therapy their child needs if it did happen? Lot's of questions which I hope your justice system will bring out.
But then smooth lawyers can twist words and character too.
It's not a nice world we live in, but then it's our own fault as well as I'm not always the person I should be either.:(
He sure is odd though, I wonder how his children will turn out.

Jay, I agree totally! He looks like he belongs out in the jungle somewhere swinging from tree to tree. All that plastic surgery did him no good at all. He looks worse now than ever before. Freak! Mike :D

"Give him a fair trial and then hang him" ......Judge Roy Bean

I like Judge Roy Bean:) , I say put him up against Judge Judy and may the best judge win. Too much drama, a quiet trial, a quiet passing of judgement.
I hate the media. If I listened to them, I too would want to string up your president. The media twists you and molds you, look at the Iraquis and Brits. I say leave it to the judge and jury and pray they pass the correct sentence.

Never mind I just read the Stell awards on another thread and take back the above. After reading those he might win and be given millions for all the anguish the ordeal has caused him, IF he did it.

Yes, he needs those extra few million to add to his $998,299,999,999,949,999,079,999,999,999,025 dollars (he is getting a little low on funds now!)

That pic of him is hillarious.
I can't even stand looking at that guy anymore, and I grew up in the 80's with a Michael Jackson poster above my bed. (Ooops! Did I just admit to that. LOL!)

I heard on the radio yesterday a piece about the family of the kid from 10 years ago that took a couple million cash rather than press charges. They were whining about how miserable their lives have been since then. They had to move to a different town, got death threats etc., from irate fans... Know what I think? Good for them! If they'd done the RIGHT thing back then instead of taking the money and letting the little pervert run loose, it might not have happened again! :soapbox

heres my take on the whole thing
if jacko is found guilty
the parents of the child should be sent to jail
they were pimpin their own son for money
and the chance to meet celebrities
as far as the other family that settled
i heard it was 15 million
i guess that should pay for a lot of counseling
because youve ruined that boy for ever
the money should be put in a trust for the boy and the parents shouldnt get anything

The mother of the accuser has filed and won lawsuits in the past for sexual assault/pain and suffering, the most recent at a JC Penny were she took home a good coin so it wouldn't suprise me if she put her kid in that situation with "high hopes" of a problem:rolleyes: Some people will do anything to get out of work:nope

I really think that the judicial system ought to start taking into consideration peoples past suits to see if there is a pattern developing- and for those who are truly gold diggers the case should then be thrown out. Of course when you add the lawyers into that equation it will never happen- how else will they make they millions of dollars?

It sucks either way, and I really feel sorry for those kids who were pimp ed out like that.
