plowing with a 93 4x2 dump

I have a 93 f350 4x2 dump with a 9' plow and a v-box salt spreader. The truck was I city truck a purchased a year ago. I am having problems with the fraim in the front. Last winter the in the front right the fraim broke and I had to have it straitened and welded. I don't know if the truck is made for a plow, but I would assume so b/c it was a city truck. I plan on plowing with it less this year, but I still need it. Anybody have any simular experience??
