Does anyone know if 90's seats will go into an 1986 without any mods? Great forum guys!

Welcome to the site.

The answer is no,they won't bolt right in.The floors on the older trucks were much higher,and raised at the rear to clear the gas tank(s).They used seat tracks\brackets which were very low in the rear,and had legs in the front.

The newer trucks have a much lower floor,that is more flat.The seat brackets are much taller.If you put them in your truck,they will be way too high,and tilt forward.

You will have to make something,either from scratch,or from a combination of the seats\brackets that you have now.
