New Building

Does anyone have a layout of your shop / building? I am looking at purchasing or building a new office and shop and I was wondering what works well for everyone else. We have made our current building work good for about 6 yrs and now it is time to get some more room. I purchased the ALCA Cd with other contractors buildings but I am looking for more feedback.

Any layouts that seem to work well? We all seem to have a layout that we like.

DJ do you have any ideas as to the size of this building?
How many pieces of equipment do you want to store?

We are looking for something in the 7000 to 10000 sq ft area.with a mechanic area to work on equip. and possibly some cold storage.
