EPA announces diesel pollution rules
Regulations cover off-road machinery
The Environmental Protection Agency announced regulations Monday aimed at cutting pollution from diesel-powered farming and construction equipment and other off-road machinery by more than 90 percent over the next six years.

I think I would have to leave that up to the authorities..... hehehehehe


Also I hear that there is a year old law that is now being enforced more... on transporting excavators, backhoes, dozers... they have to have 4 separate chains and binders on all 4 corners and the arm or blade.. .has to be chained also... law came in to effect last year..a they are just now starting to enforce it.. Also the chain hooks must be readable ...

that is what I hear....

This is one of the reasons I have been looking into whether I can run Biodiesel in my Heavy Equipment.
