Well over the winter the plans changed a bunch of times alot do to zoning about 10 yrs ago i bought 10 arces of land in a area that was not really devolped over the past 10years it has became a industral park of sorts and it is near buss 10 highway so overall not to bad of a location.

The size of the building has changed and this is how it will be built 10500 sq ft there will be two bays on one side that will have 16ft doors and be 3cars deep with two 16ft doors exiting the rear drive thrus if you will. The office area will be in the center of the buliding the other side will have six service bays with drive thru in rear. Iam fencing in the rear of the complex for storage and security , has of right know the north side will be used for our snowplow trucks and equipment the other side will be used for auto repair and a new devolpment i have a guy that has agreeed to lease two stalls on the other side to open a detail shop and truck acces store . The center of the buliding is all block and then to savwe some money the shop areas are steel truss and beam and will have steel siding its hard to decribe on here and the blueprint is to big to transfer to here i know your a enginer and would beable to unstand the print i myself am not and just know what i want so it looks good on paper hope it looks good erected.
