I'm trying to do a little research and could use some help. This poll covers only your own rigs. I'm putting up another one for subcontractors machines that you use.

good poll i run 8 and to be honest iam looking at ways to reduce that number and still hold the number of contracts we have big advantages iam trying to work at is blade setups adding the erie truck with the blizzard iam hoping to cover more ground and poss take a truck out and also the mvp on the service truck shaved time this past season so i can only see it going in the direction i hope for june i will take delivery of a m9000 kubota which will become hopefully the end to about two trucks , i will be honest with everyone here it is expensive running a fleet of even 8 so my whole goal is to do more with less, insur and fuel this next year are gonna be higher and at app 1800.00 a year for commerical truck insur somethings gotta change trying to keep my company in the black lol.

Has we discussed in erie i have had very little luck with good subs and try to avoid using them i do sub loader work however with the addtion of the kubota iam hoping to put a end to that has well

I have 2 trucks of my own on the road this year. I have 2 spray trucks that also have plows that work for backup.

Alan,

I normally run two trucks for primary use and a third for heavy snowfall and/or backup. Most of my work is commercial.
