My bud acquired a property with some damaged buildings and is fixing the out buildings and cleaning up the property. This building had a tree thru the roof with all kinds of damage to the block. It also had ugly post supporting the upstairs that were eliminated. We shored up the floor cut pockets and put up a double LVL. I wish I had the real before pics as the rafters have been straigtend and has a new metal roof.
