Box Liner

Any one ever use a Rhino lining in their trucks? I was just wondering how this would hold up with having salt/sand mix in the box. I just want to get rid of the plastic liner I have now, and am leaning towards the Rhino spray in liner. I can get it done for $125 which I figure is a good price as long as it'll hold up with the salt.

Wow,that is cheap.Most places are $350.00 and up.

Are you sure this is professionally sprayed on ? and not the cheap roll on stuff ? What is the warranty ?

I have seen quite a few plow\salt trucks that have been done,and they seem to hold up well.It doesn't look as pretty as when it was first done,but it does protect the truck bed well.MAke sure whatever you get has some sort of UV protection,or it will fade quickly.

$125? That is way too cheap. Either something is not right or you are looking at wrong product. Roll on stuff like Wyldman said is not the same as Rhino Linings. I got my truck bed sprayed for $400 with Rhino Linings stuff. Well worth the cost. It looks very good and neat, and no worry about water rusting or salt eating through truck sheet bed. I like it very much. :)

That's real cheap I was quoted 325 by line x for my Dakota, from what I have heard you cannot go wrong with either Rhino or Line X, and mixed results from the roll on ones. I believe too that Rhino and Line X have a lifetime guarantee.

I shoveled over a ton of rock in and out of my line-x-equipped truck in 100 degree heat without a problem at all! The point is that even when hot, it isn't soft enough to snag. I think it is a product that will hold up better to heavier service.
BUT- for $125- that's CHEAP!!

Just had my new GMC done last week. $325+tax for GatorLiner by BOSS (Bearings, Oils, and Seals Specialists) in Hamilton. $125 seems pretty cheap.

$125 wont even cover the labor to do the job right yet alone the materials. We took on Ameraguard liners a few months ago, 2 part poly urea/ureathane system. Stuff dries in 10 seconds and never gets soft. Am waiting for the chance to spray my moldboard with it to see how it holds up.

The guy installing it is the son of my mechanic. He works for a body shop 5 days a week, and does his own on the side. He is giving me a good deal on the labor I am sure, and probably gets the material at cost through his work. I know its usually over $300 to get done any where, IU've has quotes in the past. Thanks for the advice and pics guys.

That looks really good, and the price hook ups have we wondering and the wheels spinning. I might try to go make friends with an installer. I'd like to remove my bed and spray the underside as well, but that would be payup
