Wireless controller bad?

Just installed a used Snoway W/ DP wireless controlled.Remote functions every thing but the "B" coil is energized all the time so plow will not stay raised or develop down pressure. Does this prove the receiver as bad or am I missing something? Thanks Steve

I would look for a shorted or pinched wire in the plow control harness under the cover. Especially the bundle between the receiver and plug
