Well once again i need help.My V started erratically working. While plowing my remote kept showing 'lost signal' then it just quit working. So stuck on a job i looked at the connections only to find wires pulling out of the remote harness at plow. When did snoway start using flimsy plastic connectors, they were big on aircraft aluminum connectors. any way i had an electrical engineer solder a new ,but differant 'chrysler' connector and finished plowing. then after about 20 minutes plow shuts down, no movement at all. So after trial and error i figured out if i turn off, then turn on remote 2x's i have control of some functions[ up,down,dp,right wing only ]. The rt wing buttons do not work i can only move rt wing by the toggle, and it now works in reverse action. Then i took it in to hear its my connections or a solenoid.needing to finsh plowing i took the plow and ordered parts . The plow now reads 'relay fault' every 10 seconds ,all buttons are working for 18 mins then plow stops working. I then turn off and on 2x's and have control for 15 mins until i have to repeat off and on procedure, 'lost signal ' shows and i have to repeat once more.Still 'relay fault ' goes of continuously .I believe its either remote and or the brain, but cant prove it yet. Oh i forgot, the remote is wired. Please help! I need to make money, being broke down isnt helping.

Bring that POS blade back... and trade it in for a boss vxt... You'll be glad you did, I got rid of my mega rev this year and its the best thing i ever did... Snoway will never get that mega series right... How many controllers have you gone thru? I went thru 5... How many welds have you broke? I've broke to many... How many blades have you gone thru? I went thru 3... After all that getting a different brand is what you need to do!

You should be under warranty, take it back to your dealer. Sounds like the control module is going bad but your dealer should be able to handle it.

i have been told no! they keep telling me its in the wiring. but i can sit still after it is not responding ,turn it off.....then on and it works for a limited amount of time, about 11 mins then i have to repeat....over and over.

Who installed the plow? Have you called Snoway direct?

yes they have been contacted, but they give the impression they are too busy for you. you call and call and only get to leave a message in hopes for a response. after awhile a supplier returns your call only to say ,oh we dont fix them just supply our dealers. then you call dealer hoping to get answers only they are clueless .mainly due to lack of training support. not all mind you just any within 250 mile radius of me. so far the only hope is for a new commer to snoway who feels bad about the situation at hand and he is trying to help.

Lack of training is their own fault, Snoway offers training programs.

Did the dealer install the unit? if so then it doesn't matter what the issue is they should fix it under warranty.
