That can be used in summer months for hauling and dumping materials with open end gate?
I heard that Snow Doggg was working on something.

Buyers has come out with these steel & composite dump bodies - pretty sure you'll be able to get a tailgate spreader for them.

The other thing that was available is the Buzz Box - do a search if you want to learn more. Unfortunately, I don't think they're available anymore.
If stainless is what you're after - Truckcraft and Downeaster both make the dump inserts in stainless or aluminum. Again, plenty available under the search tab, or on the web.

we've run gravel, topsoil, 3/4" process and mulch through our SS salter in the green months. gravel and process work great through there for fill up wheel barrows. topsoil works pretty well if its not packed in, mulch you need to assist it as it tends to bridge and then hollow out underneath. I used to have some video somewhere of the gravel and process I'll see if I can dig it up.

Good idea. It could have an endgate like a flowboy for a faster unload.
I have spread 3/4 base stone several times with mine and it worked very well.

What you are describing is a combination body, I have one on my F-550. I looked around LTS but can't find the pics of it, they're here somewhere. Here's the manufacturer's link (http://www.loughberry.com/2007dumpbody.html)
